Both 12 Week: Beginner home programs are the same program, the difference between the two are; low impact is without any jumping, high impact involves jumping.
Perfect program for someone who:
- Is completely new to exercise.
- Needs a program with no jumping involved.
- Post natal woman with the all clear to get back into training.
This program is suitable for male and females.
Please, make sure that you have the all clear from your doctor before you begin a program.
This program is a body weight exercise program (no equipment). This is designed to help with weightloss and fitness.
