Over 12 weeks you will be learning a variety of new exercises. This program is designed in more of a “body building” style sticking to higher reps.
This program is designed for someone who:
- is new to the gym/new to strength training
- been going to to the gym but not following any program
- wants to see progression in strength/muscle definition
- suitable for females or males
Please, make sure that you have the all clear from your doctor before you begin a program.This Program is perfect for someone wanting to build muscle, focusing on higher reps.
You can repeat this program, as you will get more out of it each time. You will be starting with heavier weight each time you restart as you will be getting stronger.
Includes:
2 workouts per week (both are full body workouts)
6 workouts (split into 4 week blocks)
12 week program
