12 Week: Intermediate home program is a ‘medium’ level workout.
Perfect program for someone who:
- Has exercised before and is at a moderate fitness level.
- Likes a challenge, but not at the advance level yet.
- If you have done the Beginner Home program (high impact) and would like to step it up a level higher.
This program is suitable for male and females.
Please, make sure you have the all clear from your doctor before beginning a program.
This program is a body weight exercise program (no equipment). This is designed to help with weightloss and fitness.
