Injuries, illness, anything that can affect what you can or can not do.
What we expect and what you can expect!
• As your PTs’ we will work with you within the limits of what we consider safe to help you achieve the goals we have set out for you.
• This partnership will require both parties to give their 100% during the allocated time within our personal training sessions to achieve these goals.
• We aim to give an effective yet fun experience and thus am open to any criticisms that may arise during this time.
• If it doesn't feel right say something, whether it's an exercise you are not comfortable performing with or that causes you pain or discomfort.
• I expect all participants to be on time for their sessions, anytime that a person is late will be forfeited. (E.g. Being 5 minutes late to a 30 minutes session will not be made up at the end.)
• If you arrive to your session early, wait until your session starts. It is not acceptable to walk in early and disrupt someone else’s session.
• For the purposes of nutritional guidelines, they are that exactly, guidelines. I am NOT a qualified nutritionist nor dietician.
• Due to the nature of personal training certain activities may require physical interaction between PT and participant, if at any stage you feel uncomfortable with this please say so and an alternative can be arranged.
• Confirmation texts will be sent 24 hours before the first session of a new program or before a rescheduled session only.
• Any contact with myself should be made by a phone call, if no answer, then a text message if regarding a cancellation will suffice. I will return calls and texts at my earliest convenience. I will not answer calls during a session.
• It is completely up to your trainer if we think it is acceptable for children to accompany your sessions. If we allow your children to come along we do expect them to be well behaved during the session, we will not allow children to run around the space or play with equipment as;
(a) it is unsafe for you and the child, this is a gym not a play centre,
(b) we will not be reliable if the child does get hurt or if the child breaks something you will be expected to replace the item/s,
(c) if you are in a group session, it is also disrupting and unfair to other people in the sessions who have come to exercise,
If the child does behave inappropriately during a session we will not allow the child to attend future sessions.
