Donna started with us in April, and she really didn't think she had made any progress until she put her photos together from the day she started and one from yesterday!
This is a great example of why we recommend taking progress photos and also to not always rely just on what the number on your scale says.
Between the 2 photos there is only a 3 kg difference! But look at the transformation. This is from toning and gaining muscle along the way while losing body fat.
Don't be scared to gain muscle!
