It took a little while to find what she enjoyed in training to help her not lose interest but once we found a style the she enjoyed the results have followed.
As for a diet she has learnt that she doesn’t need to cut everything out completely, just cut back on particular things and to overall eat healthier.

She has made a lifestyle change and stepping out of her comfort zone to try new things, rather than a quick fix fad diet and the results are still coming

Meet Tyler!

Tyler lives interstate and is one of our online clients.
It's been a while since we have shared progress photos, and it has mainly been of people's weight loss journeys, Tylers is a little different. He was wanting to put weight on by gaining muscle.
The first picture is before he started weight training and he was around 67kg which was in February 2020. He was going to the gym but not really following any particular program for training and not looking after his diet.
It wasn’t until around October 2021 that he started looking after his nutrition and making sure he was eating the right amount of food paired with our gym program, he has gained a lot of muscle and is now about 84kg as of January 2022.

This is a great example of why we recommend taking progress photos and also to not always rely just on what the number on your scale says.

Between the 2 photos there is only a 3 kg difference! But look at the transformation. This is from toning and gaining muscle along the way while losing body fat.

When Kate started with us she did not have a lot of confidence in herself and her form on some exercises needed some work.

Fast forward to now, she has lost an amazing amount of weight in a fairly short time, her strength has increased so much and with that she has gained so much more confidence in herself. She did not go on any crazy diet to lose the weight she has, all she did was make healthier life choices, top of this list of changes was to stop drinking alcohol.

These simple changes paired with a structured exercise reigme is how she got to where she is now, next step, building some more muscle and increasing her strength.
